African Treading results on 4C Hair

So i deep conditioned my hair using Organic Hair Mayonaise.
When my hair was damp i added Giovanni Direct-in conditioner & extra virgin olive oil.

I sectioned my hair in 8 sections
Cut off about 30cm of thread
Rub extra virgin olive oil on the thread
Tie a knot at one end of the thread
Place knot at the root and twist
1cm from the end add shea butter, tie off at the end

Place silk bonnet over my hair left overnight
Next day add oil on the ends to loosen the thread

Results - hair was stretched, manageable but a little dry
